The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the
bill on page two, by striking out everything after the enacting
section and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
"ARTICLE 15A. THE A. JAMES MANCHIN REHABILITATION ENVIRONMENTAL
ACTION PLAN.
§22-15A-16. Recycling goals.
By January 1, two thousand ten 2020, it is the goal of this
state to reduce the disposal of municipal solid waste by 50% of the
amount of per capita solid waste disposed of in 1991 2010"
